Supply/replenish maps, posters, signage at participating businesses and artist studios.

Block captain – Adopt 2-3 blocks on Main Street, talk to the public about the event, distribute Drift maps, make sure signs are displayed at appropriate locations, coordinate with other volunteers & street performers.

Help create/coordinate a Special Event: eg. opening night group show, Kids art activity, Main stage: musical and other performances, live art demonstration (Active Drift artists only), street performance.

Driving/delivery: distribute posters, media kits, pick up and return of equipment etc.

Act as liaison/general helper for artists/performers during the event: deliver signs & posters, help with set-up, supply with t-shirts, deliver water, get a coffee etc.

Tech person: repair and painting of walls, hanging art, etc.

Ensure that statistical data is recorded during the event. Prepare an impact statement Take photographs on the street and at participating shops, street entertainment & activities. (Disposable cameras supplied).

Supervise clean-up during and post event - make sure all Drift–related materials are collected and re-cycled.
